I know many of us are working on reaching goals in the midst of a chaotic life so I thought I would write about my goal in hopes that whomever reads this will not feel alone. Let's support each other! The reason I share is not to "outdo" anyone or to compare who has a more chaotic life. If I have learned anything in my 40 years it is my chaos is someone's serenity.
My goal to get my masters comes at the most unlikely time in my life. We have recently moved to a new home and we have invited my in-laws to live with us... that is a whole other blog. I am blessed to have 2 amazing young teenagers and a nephew who stays with us. We have 4 dogs and soon to have a bearded dragon... yet again that is another blog. I also have a wonderful husband who is running in and out 7 days a week. Between my kids homework, a full time job, and juggling several extra curricular activities I have decided to get my masters.
Why now, well I realize there is never a perfect time. I have had a desire off and on to go back to school, but I realize now there is always going to be something to deter me. I'm sure you can relate to that. It seems that life has not slowed down,it has only gotten more busy. I plan on writing about this amazing adventure and I hope to encourage others who are on their own personal journey in the midst of chaos.
